As a Mobile Barber at Vanso Mobile Barbershop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional grooming services directly to our clients, wherever they may be. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, all while working within our innovative mobile barbershop setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide High-Quality Grooming Services: Perform a full range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling, tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Engage with clients to understand their grooming preferences, offering expert advice and suggestions when needed to ensure they leave satisfied and confident.
- Maintain Mobile Barbershop Standards: Keep the mobile barbershop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure that all equipment is sanitized and well-maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Flexible Service Delivery: Travel to various client locations, including homes, offices, and events, providing professional services in a variety of settings while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere during each appointment. Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Uphold Safety and Hygiene Practices: Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for both clients and yourself.
- Assist with Client Scheduling: Work with the Vanso team to manage and adjust appointment schedules, ensuring that all clients receive timely service.
- Promote Vanso Services: Act as a brand ambassador for Vanso Mobile Barbershop, promoting our services to potential clients and providing information about our Subscribe and Forget plan and other offerings.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must hold a valid barber license recognized by the state.
- Experience: Preferably with prior experience in a barbershop or mobile grooming environment.
- Skills: Excellent barbering skills, including cutting, shaving, and styling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods and handling barbering equipment.
- Background Check: Must consent to and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Drug Test: Required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as the position requires traveling to various locations.

- Work includes traveling to client locations, so flexibility and reliability are key. Shifts may include weekends and evenings, depending on client needs.
